I had meniscus surgery in Germany, and after returning to the Turks and Caicos Islands, I needed to have the stitches removed after 14 days. I had the best experience at the Grace Bay Medical Center. In mid-June and late-August 2024 I had two separate accidents (while having too much fun) that necessitated medical care. In both cases Dr. Jan Aler, General Physician at Grace Bay Medical Center, provided me EXCEPTIONAL CARE!  Not only was he EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the Treatment needed for my injuries, but also INCREDIBLY PATIENT explaining everything to me.  In addition, the Nurses and Administrative Staff tried to make everything as smooth as possible under somewhat stressful situations. While on vacation in Provodenciales, my elderly husband took a fall and cut his leg badly.  Our hotel put us in touch with Dr. Jan Aler from Grace Bay Medical Center who had us come in to the clinic. They took Frank almost immediately and went on to clean and totally dress and stitch his wounds, even taking an xray just to be certain. The cost of it all was minimal and the care exceptional. His skin is very thin and the stitching was so precise and perfectly stitched.. Our doctor ,here in the states, can't believe how well it was done and due to Dr. Jan, his leg is nearly healed in record time. I hope that you all stay healthy, but if any problems arise, you will be in excellent hands at Grace Bay Medical Centre. Wonderful experience here while on vacation. Found myself with an allergic reaction and was nervous to go into urgent care in another country. I was so pleasantly surprised.
