I have lived in the Turks and Caicos Islands on and off since 2006, accumulating nearly 13 years in this beautiful country and serving in different capacities, from physical health, guided personal training and yoga, to running the Edward Gartland Youth Center for the TCAAF, and now working for the past 9 years at Grace Bay Medical Center with our integrative team.
Having lived abroad for several years in east Asia and southern Africa, I feel now settling in the Caribbean was part of the natural flow. I really enjoy bringing eastern and western medicine together to offer patients a variety of options on their path to health.
My career aspiration is to help those in the Turks and Caicos Islands to feel empowered by becoming more aware of their own ability to heal and live an optimal life full of energy and free of pain.
