Pekiera Brooks is a caring and compassionate Physiotherapist who was educated at Barry University, Miami, Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Exercise Physiology. She continued to Brunel University, London, United Kingdom where she earned a Master of Science with Distinction in Physiotherapy.
Pekiera is licensed Turks and Caicos Islands by the AHPPP Council and in London, United Kingdom with the HCPC Council.
Her professional experience includes, Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapy at St Helier Hospital 2018-2020 were is she completed rotations in Orthopedics, Respiratory, Care of the Elderly, Neuro.

Pekiera has completed a dissertation on Investigating the sensitivity of the encephalography T7-Fz coherence method to distinguish between task-relevant from task-irrelevant verbal processes during upper and lower limb tasks.
Her professional memberships includes HCPC, CSP and she is actively involved in the local community as a volunteer as Physiotherapist for a local football team, Sharks FC.

Her hobbies or interests includes, playing and watching football that consumes a lot of her time. She have played from a young age of 4 years old and continue to enjoy playing the game today. She enjoy’s traveling and experiencing different cultures and of course trying different foods.
